Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin noted the following in his post regarding the Teaching Career Steps Written Exam:

 

"The applications for 'The Teaching Career Steps Written Exam', which will be held on Sunday, November 19 within the scope of the Teaching Profession Law, and applications for exemption from the Teaching Career Steps Written Exam have started as of today. We have decided not to charge a fee for the exam. We will continue to develop solutions by listening to our teachers in person in line with the 'Teachers' Room Meetings' conversations."
